An Industrial Visit at Tirth Agro Technology Pvt Ltd.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, DIET, organized an industrial visit to Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd., Bhunava, Rajkot, for fifth- and seventh-semester B.Tech Mechanical Engineering students. The visit provided 25 students with practical exposure to agricultural machinery manufacturing and modern production technologies. Students observed various stages of manufacturing, including product development, machining, fabrication, assembly, quality inspection, and shop-floor operations. Industry experts Mr. Kunal Variya, Mr. Deepak Chauhan, and Mr. Amit Gupta explained the manufacturing processes, equipment, working principles, and practical aspects of agricultural machinery production. The visit helped students connect academic concepts with industrial applications.
