Seminar on DDCET Preparation Guidelines and D2D Admission Process

The Department of Civil Engineering at Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology for Diploma Studies (DIETDS) organized a seminar on “DDCET Preparation Guidelines and D2D Admission Process” to equip diploma engineering students with comprehensive guidance for higher education opportunities through the Diploma to Degree Common Entrance Test (DDCET). The seminar brought together 220 students from the Civil, Computer, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering departments and featured an expert session by Priyesh Sir from Priyesh Vidyapeeth. Participants received detailed insights into the DDCET examination pattern, subject-wise preparation strategies, time management techniques, merit calculation, previous years’ admission trends, and the complete D2D admission process, including choice filling, counselling, and seat allotment. The interactive session enabled students to clarify their queries while enhancing their understanding of career prospects after degree engineering. The seminar successfully strengthened students’ awareness, preparedness, and confidence to pursue academic advancement and make informed decisions regarding their future educational pathways.
