Darshan University cadets participated in the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-511) organized by the 8 Gujarat Naval Unit NCC, Jamnagar, providing an enriching platform to strengthen leadership, discipline, physical endurance, and national service values. The intensive training programme offered practical exposure to military drills, weapon handling, map reading, physical fitness activities, disaster management, road safety, and visits to defence establishments, enabling cadets to gain valuable insights into the functioning of the Armed Forces. Throughout the camp, Darshan University cadets demonstrated exceptional leadership by undertaking key administrative responsibilities while actively contributing to camp management and teamwork. Their outstanding performance was reflected in remarkable achievements, including top honors in the Best Cadet categories, first place in the Cultural Programme and Tug of War, along with notable individual accomplishments in physical fitness competitions. The participation of 26 cadets from various constituent institutes exemplified the University's commitment to character building, leadership development, and holistic student growth through the National Cadet Corps.
