An Expert talk on "Professional Ethics and Industrial Responsibility for Future Engineers"

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, DIET, organized an expert talk on “Professional Ethics and Industrial Responsibility for Future Engineers” for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering students. The session was conducted by Mr. Yogendra Saini from Creative Forge Pvt. Ltd. with the objective of developing ethical values and professional responsibility among future engineers. During the talk, the speaker shared real-life industry experiences and highlighted the importance of honesty, discipline, teamwork, accountability, and ethical behavior in the workplace. Students also learned how to address common professional and ethical challenges and make responsible decisions in different workplace situations. The interactive talk helped students understand industry expectations and emphasized the importance of combining technical competence with strong moral values.
