The Department of Mechanical Engineering, DU, organized an expert talk titled “Professional Communication and Corporate Culture in Industry” for fourth- and sixth-semester students. The session was delivered by Prof. Radhika Bhatelia with the objective of equipping future engineers with essential soft skills required for the modern corporate environment. During the session, students received guidance on workplace behavior, effective interview techniques, and professional resume building. Through real-world industry examples, she explained employer expectations and helped students enhance their confidence and career readiness. Coordinated by Mr. Ashutosh M. Joshi, the initiative bridged the gap between academic learning and professional practice, preparing students for future career opportunities.
