The Darshan Institute of Management, DU, organized HR Conclave 2026 at the H-Block Auditorium on the theme “Challenges of HR in the Contemporary Workforce.” The state-level conclave brought together 12 faculty members and 186 HR professionals from various organizations for knowledge sharing and professional interaction. The event featured expert sessions by Dr. Nirav Mandir from Shree Ramkrishna Exports and Mr. Sapan Oza from TCS, who shared insights into emerging trends in human resource management. The speakers discussed the growing role of artificial intelligence in HR, managing a multigenerational workforce, engaging Gen Z employees, and the use of people analytics for better recruitment and decision-making. The conclave concluded with a panel discussion and networking session, providing participants with an opportunity to exchange ideas and strengthen industry-academia collaboration. The event enhanced participants’ understanding of modern HR practices and the changing demands of the workplace.
