The Darshan Institute of Management, DU, organized an Industrial visit to Synnova Gears and Transmission Pvt. Ltd. for students of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industrial practices by providing students with practical exposure to manufacturing operations and management processes. During the visit, students observed advanced production processes, including grinding and broaching, and gained insights into precision manufacturing, quality control, and production planning. They also learned about visual management techniques and Kaizen practices that improve operational efficiency.
