The Department of Computer Engineering, DIETDS, organized a regional expert session on “AI for Beginners: From Theory to Tiny Project” at Auditorium-5, Block-H. The session was conducted by Prof. Naimish Vadodariya and was attended by 37 participants from various institutions, including Marwadi University and Government Polytechnic, Junagadh. The session introduced students to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, including algorithms, Machine learning, and their real-world applications. Complex concepts were explained in a simple and practical manner, making them easy for beginners to understand. As part of the hands-on learning experience, participants developed their own beginner-level AI mini-projects under expert guidance. The activity helped students strengthen their technical understanding and sparked their interest in emerging technologies. The session concluded with a vote of thanks to Prof. Vadodariya for sharing his knowledge and inspiring students to explore the field of Artificial Intelligence.
