The Department of Computer Engineering, DIETDS, organized a regional expert session on “AI Uncovered: Concept Behind the Technology” at Auditorium-6. The session was conducted by Prof. Arjun Bala and was attended by 32 students from various institutions, including Government Polytechnic, Rajkot, and RK University. During the session, students learned the fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence, including data processing, algorithms, and machine learning. The speaker explained how AI technologies power applications such as chatbots, voice assistants, and other intelligent systems used in everyday life. Participants also explored the growing impact of AI in fields such as healthcare, education, and business. The session helped students develop a better understanding of emerging technologies and inspired them to explore future opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Coordinated by Ms. Asha Ashokbhai Gondaliya, the event reflected the university’s commitment to preparing students for the rapidly evolving digital world.
