 The HR Club of Darshan Institute of Management organized an expert session titled “Payroll Management” at Auditorium 1. The session was conducted by Ms. Khushi Gajjar, HR Manager at Imphel Motors, with the objective of helping students understand the basics of payroll management and statutory compliance. During the session, she explained the difference between salary and CTC and discussed important components such as Provident Fund (PF) and gratuity. Mr. Grinij Haria, owner of Imphel Motors, also addressed the students and shared valuable insights on career readiness and professional growth. The session was attended by 159 participants, including BBA Semester IV students and faculty members. The program concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session. The session gave students practical exposure to payroll processes and helped them understand how HR practices are applied in the workplace.
