The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Darshan University organized a one-day workshop on “Agent Building” to strengthen faculty expertise in intelligent agent development and emerging technologies. The workshop brought together faculty members from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma Computer Engineering, and the Department of Computer Applications, fostering interdisciplinary learning and academic collaboration. Conducted by Prof. Kalpesh Surati, the programme combined conceptual understanding with practical exposure, enabling participants to explore innovative approaches to intelligent agent development and their applications in modern teaching and learning environments. The interactive sessions encouraged active engagement, knowledge sharing, and hands-on learning, equipping participants with contemporary skills relevant to emerging technological advancements. With the participation of more than 30 faculty members, the workshop successfully enhanced professional competencies, promoted innovation in pedagogy, and reaffirmed the University’s commitment to continuous faculty development and academic excellence through industry-relevant capacity-building initiatives.
