Workshop on "Land and Building Legal Document"

The Department of Civil Engineering (DIETDS) organized a specialized workshop titled "Land and Building Legal Document", for 4th-semester students. Conducted by Dr. Ujjaval J. Solanki, the session aimed to familiarize students with the critical legal and technical documentation required in the construction industry. The workshop covered essential topics including land ownership records, "Tippan" measurement techniques, and the necessary approvals for project commencement. Special emphasis was placed on understanding plot dimensions and boundaries through government records, bridging the gap between theoretical engineering concepts and field practices. By explaining the intricacies of building "dastavej" (legal documents), the session provided students with practical insights into legal compliance and pre-construction procedures. This educational initiative successfully equipped aspiring civil engineers with the professional knowledge needed to navigate the legal and administrative aspects of real-world construction projects effectively.
