Prof. Harsh Dave

Prof. Harsh Dave brings valuable academic and practical expertise to the field of Banking and Finance. He completed his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance in 2023 from Gujarat Technological University. With one year of professional experience in the banking sector, he possesses a strong understanding of industry practices, which he effectively integrates into his teaching methodology. His approach to teaching emphasizes practical application, particularly in the domains of Banking and Insurance, enabling students to connect theoretical concepts with real-world scenarios. Additionally, having appeared for various competitive examinations, he actively mentors and guides students in their preparation strategies. He also imparts foundational knowledge of the Indian Constitution, contributing to the holistic development of learners. Prof. Dave contributes to the Department of DIM with a balanced blend of academic rigor and industry insight. He is committed to fostering an engaging and dynamic learning environment that equips students with both analytical thinking and practical competencies. Beyond academics, he plays a significant role in student engagement and extracurricular development. He serves as the Faculty Coordinator of the Performing Arts Wing under the Student Activity Center at Darshan University, as well as the Faculty Coordinator of the Music Club. He is an active contributor to both academic and co-curricular initiatives organized by the university, reflecting his dedication to the overall growth and development of students.
