Darshan Institute of Management, Darshan University, is organizing HR Conclave – 2026 on the theme “Challenges of HR in the Contemporary Workforce.” The event will feature multiple expert sessions by distinguished industry professionals covering topics such as leading in the age of AI, multigenerational workforce challenges, Gen Z talent management, and talent acquisition with people analytics. The conclave will also include a panel discussion where experts will share insights and practical perspectives on current HR trends and challenges. The event aims to enhance students’ understanding of real-world HR practices and provide networking opportunities with industry leaders.
Who we are?
Darshan University - having the foundation of its first Institution laid in 2009, and later on, established and consolidated under Gujarat Private Universities (Second Amendment) Act of 2021. It is one of the leading institutes within Saurashtra that offers Diploma, UG, PG and Doctoral Courses.
