Payment 101 - The Evolution of Payments

Department of Computer Engineering organized an expert talk in form of webinar, on the topic of “Payment 101 - The Evolution of Payments” for the students at the Department on 15th June, 2020. Invited expert was Mr. Sunil Mishra who is currently working as Manager in MasterCard, Vadodara. During the talk Sunil discussed Different modes of payment, Credit card processing and 4 Party model. He also talked about Merchant Discount Rate(MDR), Tokenization, Open Loop and Closed Loop.
