Darshan University, in collaboration with Conversantech, successfully hosted CodeArena 1.0, a power-packed 24-hour hackathon held on 19–20 July 2025 at the Darshan University campus in Rajkot. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 57 selected teams and 300+ tech enthusiasts, making it one of the most vibrant platforms for innovation and collaboration. Designed to bring together creativity, technical expertise, and real-world problem-solving, the hackathon aimed to challenge participants to transform ideas into impactful solutions within a continuous 24-hour coding marathon.
Throughout the event, participants worked in teams to build functional prototypes, showcasing their ability to merge innovation with execution. The hackathon was not only a test of coding skills but also of teamwork, strategic thinking, and time management under pressure. By engaging developers in solving practical challenges, the event sought to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations while fostering a culture of hands-on innovation.
With its focus on encouraging collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence, CodeArena 1.0 provided participants with an opportunity to learn, experiment, and push the boundaries of technology. Who we are?
Darshan University - having the foundation of its first Institution laid in 2009, and later on, established and consolidated under Gujarat Private Universities (Second Amendment) Act of 2021. It is one of the leading institutes within Saurashtra that offers Diploma, UG, PG and Doctoral Courses.
