Industrial Visit at Nirma Chemical Ltd – Bhavnagar & Ingersoll Rand - Ahmedabad

An industrial visit was organized for the students of the 3rd and 5th Semester Students of the mechanical engineering department on 01st September 2025. An industrial supporting technical staff Works have given the knowledge regarding chemical process like soda ash, linear alkyl benzene, caustic soda, salt as well as assembly and testing of air compressor. Students have learned the energy-efficient technology, and stringent quality control systems to ensure sustainability and consistency in production. They got knowledge of how to assemble various parts of air compressor and testing of air compressor from industrial technical experts. It was a great learning experience for the students to get knowledge about various chemical process and about air compressor.
