Industrial Visit at Harsha Engineers International Limited, Ahmedabad & Warm Stream, Anand

Mechanical Engineering Department of Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology, organized a visit to 1.Harsha Engineers, Ahmedabad -India's one of the largest Bearing Cage Manufacturers and 2. Warm Stream, Anand - India's largest manufacturer of Wood fired Water Geysers and Solar Water Heating Systems.
It was a significant opportunity for 6th / 4th / 2nd Semester Mechanical Engineering students to participate in two-day industrial visit. The visit was an incredibly valuable and rewarding experience for the students, who gained an invaluable glimpse of largest manufacturer of precision bearing cages by visiting Harsha Engineers International Limited’s DGBB Division and learned implementation of 5S, Automation in machining, etc.
In another visit India's largest manufacturer of Wood fired Water Geysers and Solar Water Heating Systems at Warm Stream. It was a great learning experience for the students. They understood the entire production process from Design to fabrication and up to the final product at Anand unit.
