Industrial Visit at Rolex Rings Limited, Rajkot.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized an industrial visit at Rolex Rings Limited, Rajkot for their students of B.E. 6th semester on 19th February 2022. Rolex Rings Limited is among the leading manufacturers of forged and machined components in India.
During the visit, students observed manufacturing of transmission components, engine components, chassis components, exhaust system components, and bearing rings in the plant which is loaded with the most advance computer-aided design and manufacturing facilities which include conventional forging lines, sophisticated forging lines with 3 axis transfer system, high-speed hot formers, and profile ring rolling lines that range up to 850 mm. Along with it, students observed the tool & die manufacturing facility where dies for ordered items are designed and engineered through precise computer-aided technologies.
