Power Quality Analysis of Non-Linear Electrical Load

Department of Electrical Engineering has organised a session on Power Quality Analysis of Non-Linear Electrical Load. In Electrical Networks, the non linear electrical systems have tendency to produce the undesirable effects on the supply. Students got an opportunity to measure the various electrical parameters using the Power Analyzer. They were explained about the different harmonics and their effects. They could observe the harmonics in source current of the three phase rectifier on the measuring device power analyzer.
