NCC Room Inauguration

The inauguration ceremony of the newly established NCC Room at Darshan University (Room A-314) was held with great enthusiasm and pride. The event was graced by the presence of Lt Cdr (At Arms) Sneha Rai, Commanding Officer of 08 Gujarat Naval Unit, Jamnagar. And Chief Instructor Petty Officer H.K. Saw and PI Petty Officer Pankaj (RP), who also honored the event with their presence.
Our President and Provost of Darshan University were also present, adding to the grandeur of the occasion. In recognition of the contributions made by faculty members to NCC over the years, we were honored to welcome our former ANO Prof. Kartikraj Dhamsaniya, and former CTO Prof. Prashant Bakotiya. The current CTO, Prof. Stavan Pandya, played a key role in organizing this event.
A proud moment for the university, 18 NCC cadets participated in the ceremony, reflecting the discipline, unity, and spirit of the National Cadet Corps. The inauguration of this dedicated NCC Room marks a new chapter in strengthening the NCC activities and infrastructure at Darshan University.
Who we are?
Darshan University - having the foundation of its first Institution laid in 2009, and later on, established and consolidated under Gujarat Private Universities (Second Amendment) Act of 2021. It is one of the leading institutes within Saurashtra that offers Diploma, UG, PG and Doctoral Courses.
