"Women's Day Fest"

The Student Activity Center (SAC) – Cultural Wing, DU, organized “Women’s Day Fest 2026” to celebrate the spirit of womanhood and promote awareness about women’s empowerment. The event witnessed the participation of 49 students from various institutes of the university. The program featured a variety of activities, including a fashion show, quiz competition, on-the-spot speech competition, and cultural performances. Through these activities, students showcased their creativity, confidence, communication skills, and leadership qualities. The fest provided a platform for students to express their ideas and talents while promoting awareness and appreciation of the role of women in society. The event reflected the university’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that encourages empowerment, equality, and personal growth.
Who we are?
Darshan University - having the foundation of its first Institution laid in 2009, and later on, established and consolidated under Gujarat Private Universities (Second Amendment) Act of 2021. It is one of the leading institutes within Saurashtra that offers Diploma, UG, PG and Doctoral Courses.
