A Workshop on “Build an AI Telegram Bot”

The Darshan Institute of Computer Application, DU, organized a regional-level workshop titled “Build an AI Telegram Bot". The session was conducted by Prof. Kalpesh Surati from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and attended by 47 final-year BCA and B.Sc. (IT) students from 10 institutions. During the workshop, participants received hands-on training in developing AI-powered Telegram bots. Participants learned the step-by-step process of creating AI-powered chatbots capable of maintaining conversational context and generating real-time responses. Through interactive demonstrations and guided activities, they gained practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence, workflow automation, and the integration of AI with messaging platforms to build real-world applications with minimal coding. The workshop encouraged students to explore innovative AI-based solutions for academic projects and future career opportunities..
