"Celebration of Vasant Panchami Maha Pooja"

The Cultural and Performing Arts Wings of the Student Activity Center (SAC), DU, organized the "Vasant Panchami Maha Pooja" to seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati for wisdom, knowledge, and academic excellence. The event was attended by 37 students and 10 faculty members. Five Brahmins conducted the Maha Pooja following traditional Vedic rituals and sacred chants. A special highlight of the program was the Saraswati Poojan, during which participants offered prayers for success in their academic and creative pursuits. The event created a spiritual and devotional atmosphere while promoting the cultural values and traditions associated with Vasant Panchami. The celebration strengthened the sense of community and cultural heritage within the university.
Who we are?
