International Yoga Day 2018

21st June is declared as World Yoga Day by UN general assembly. Yoga helps to keep the internal organs of the body to function properly by increasing oxygen and blood flow. This practice is believed to provide significant relief from physical ailments and mental stress which plagues our day to day life.


By keeping this essence of yoga in the mind, Darshan institute had celebrated the Yoga day under NCC activities on 21st June 2018. Institute had invited experts, Grishma Jani and Ishita Jobanputra from Art of Living to lead yoga session. Many  faculties and students had  participated in the session.
